NAME
       strings.h - string operations

SYNOPSIS
       #include <strings.h>

DESCRIPTION
       The following shall be declared as functions and may also be defined as
       macros. Function prototypes shall be provided.


              int    bcmp(const void *, const void *, size_t); (LEGACY )
              void   bcopy(const void *, void *, size_t); (LEGACY )
              void   bzero(void *, size_t); (LEGACY )
              int    ffs(int);
              char  *index(const char *, int); (LEGACY )
              char  *rindex(const char *, int); (LEGACY )
              int    strcasecmp(const char *, const char *);
              int    strncasecmp(const char *, const char *, size_t);

       The size_t type shall be defined through typedef as described in  <std-
       def.h> .
